We finally sold that building. Believe it or not, we worked with many realtors in the past 5 plus years and nothing ever materialized. They got our hopes up and then nothing. Tommy your dedication and professionalism are exceptional. You went out of your way meeting with the buyer or his contractors many times over and over again at the building site any time of the day.
